1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Instalify, including the website, dashboards, onboarding flow, business management tools, reports, inventory, customer, sales, installment, and accounting features.

By creating an account, signing in, starting a trial, inviting staff, or using any Instalify feature, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for yourself or for the business you represent.

2. Accounts and authorized users

You are responsible for keeping login credentials, OTP codes, and account sessions secure. Do not share passwords or allow unauthorized people to access your business workspace.

Business owners and administrators are responsible for staff access, roles, permissions, branches, and any activity performed through user accounts connected to their business.

3. Business information and records

You must provide accurate business, branch, owner, customer, inventory, sales, and accounting information when using Instalify. You are responsible for reviewing entries before saving or submitting them.

Instalify helps organize operational records, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax, audit, legal, or compliance advice. You should verify important reports and filings with qualified professionals.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and payments

A free trial or promotional access may be offered for a limited time. Trial availability, duration, features, and limits may change based on product, plan, or business eligibility.

Paid plans, renewals, taxes, refunds, and payment terms will follow the pricing or order terms presented to you at the time of purchase or renewal. Continued use after a trial or renewal date may require an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Instalify, attempt unauthorized access, bypass role permissions, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, scrape the platform, or use the product for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.

You may not use Instalify to store or process information that you are not legally allowed to collect or manage. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions from customers, staff, and business contacts.

6. Data, backups, and availability

Instalify is designed for reliable business operations, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, network failures, or security events may affect access.

You should maintain appropriate business continuity practices, including exporting or backing up important records where required by your internal policies or applicable obligations.

7. Third-party services

Instalify may rely on third-party infrastructure and services for authentication, hosting, database, storage, analytics, communication, or payment-related functionality. Those providers may process data as needed to deliver the service.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Instalify is not responsible for external websites or services that are not controlled by Instalify.

8. Intellectual property

Instalify, its interface, branding, design, software, documentation, workflows, and platform content are owned by Instalify, Kode Vision, or their licensors. You receive only the limited right to use the product according to these terms.

Your business data remains yours. You grant Instalify the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, display, and operate that data for the service.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if there is suspected misuse, security risk, unpaid fees, violation of these terms, legal requirement, or activity that may harm Instalify, users, customers, or third parties.

You may stop using Instalify at any time. Certain records may be retained for legal, security, billing, backup, dispute, or legitimate business purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Instalify is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Instalify disclaims warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific business need.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Instalify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, legal requirements, or security improvements. The updated date will show when the document was last revised.

Continued use of Instalify after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

12. Contact and legal review

Questions about these terms should be sent through the official Instalify support channel available in your account or onboarding communications.

These terms are a product-facing template for Instalify and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on for a specific company, market, or jurisdiction.
